Terms & Conditions

The Customer hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of UFirst Auto Transport, including, without limitation, the Limitation on Liability provision and all other terms and conditions set forth. UFirst Auto Transport LLC will not be the actual transporter of the Customer’s vehicle and UFirst Auto Transport, as a broker, may obtain, on the Customer’s behalf, the services of an independent vehicle transporter (the “Network Carrier”) to pick up, move and deliver the Customer’s vehicle. UFirst Auto Transport does not guarantee, nor act as a guarantor of the Network Carrier’s Performance. The Carrier transporting the vehicle(s) will be liable for any and all damage claims arising from the transport. All claims must be noted for at time of delivery, and submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Shipper agrees to file all claims with Carrier identified on the Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt, and to bring any legal action for damages only against such Carrier. Shipper further agrees to release and to hold UFirst Auto Transport LLC harmless from any such claims. Any contract or agreement entered into between the Customer and the Network Carrier shall not affect or change the terms of this Agreement or in any way bind UFirst Auto Transport LLC . The amount described in your Agreement as the “Deposit” represents only a portion of the Customer’s financial obligations and the Deposit is non-refundable, unless (i) this Agreement is specifically canceled by the Customer before the carrier is scheduled for pick-up which they will be contacted by phone and e-mail that the vehicle is scheduled for pick up by a carrier set forth in this Agreement or (ii) at the Customer’s option, if the vehicle is not picked up within seven (7) days after the Estimated Pick Up Dates.

Double-booking hinders our process in scheduling vehicles and we reserve the right to cancel any order that is Double-booked and your deposit will be considered forfeited. Should the network carrier arrive at the pick-up location and the vehicle (s) is unavailable for shipment and the customer failed to report this to UFirst Auto Transport prior the pick-up date the deposit will be forfeited and not refunded, as services by UFirst Auto Transport LLC were rendered. If a charge back is initiated after services have been rendered, customer will be responsible to pay a $100 admin fee and all fees associated with the charge back. All amounts other than the Deposit is due in full to the Network Carrier by certified check, cashiers’ check or cash at the time of the delivery of the Customer’s vehicle. Customer must represent that he/she is over the age of eighteen (18) and is permitted by law to enter into an Agreement.
