"UFirst offered a fare price($500) for our transport needs from FL to MA. Only downside was trucking company(Haye Transportation) had to reschedule pickup to repair their truck and was 2 days late getting the vehicle than originally planned. They were up front about it and not in UFirst control. Our car arrived a bit dirty(no surprise for winter travel) but as planned."

"I highly recommend UFirst Auto Transport! They provide you with all the essential information you need to get the process going and update you on every step.

This was my first time ever shipping a car and I really enjoyed how smooth UFirst made it. I worked with Don (which I also, HIGHLY RECOMMEND). He kept me updated throughout the entire process from booking, transport confirmation, and pickup/delivery. Don coordinated with my family as well, since I was already in PA at the time of pickup. The entire process was seamless! He also gave me helpful tips on what to lookout as far as damages, since my vehicle was delivered at night.

The email delivery system is also very detailed in what steps are involved from pricing, pickup/delivery expectations, preparing the vehicle shipment/drop-off. Their system is very effective and informative which I really like.

The company UFirst selected for transport Capital Shipping LLC was great as well! The driver Adrian would call me to keep me updated on his arrival time window and current location.

All together using this service saved me a lot of time, miles, and headache. I highly recommend Angels Moving Autos and will definitely do business with them again!"

First let me state that while I consider the service on the high side of average, I am saying that as a good thing. It seems that many in this industry offer below average service, which is unfortunate. All the more reason that I am a happy customer.

I have seen a lot of horror stories when I started researching auto transportation. The primary industry complaints are poor communication, lack of promptness on pickup or never picking up, and poor vehicle handling. Let me address those three:

1) Don communicated pretty well with me. He wasn't always right back to me, but within a couple days I usually had an answer, and boy did I ask a lot of questions, so thanks for that. He did pretty much disappear during the holidays (Xmas/New Years), though he said he "might" be available, but I don't hold that against him. Everyone needs some time off, and the previous answers to my questions got me along. Once the transporter was booked, he promptly sent me the contact info for the transporter, so I could contact them directly with any issues. 2) My pickup date was scheduled for the first two operating days after New Years, so I was a little worried because I had not heard from him over the past couple weeks. Nevertheless, the trucker did pick up on the second scheduled day. He was a bit late, and I thanked my friend for staying an hour late to meet the trucker, but he was there, as promised. I did receive some very low bids from a couple of other companies, well below what most were charging. You have to remember that the transporter and the arrangement company are different. If you go with one of these lowballers, the reviews said, the arrangement company would have a hard time finding a trucker willing to work for so little, and you ran the high risk of not getting your cars picked up, ever. So I didn't do that, and instead spent a couple hundred dollars more on a company that had some good reviews out there. 3) The vehicles were handled by Tot Transport. The driver did a fine job. There were some dirty hand prints, but I expect that from a guy who has to handle vehicles and straps and hydraulics all day. He could not get one of my cars to start, but he got it on and off the trailer anyway and was not upset with me that I could tell. No scratches, dents, dings, chips, or the like.

In the end, I had two vehicles moved for $1,050 from FL to TX, so that's pretty decent in my book. They were moved promptly and with little worry, arrived quickly, and no damage was present. Thanks to Don Tackett at U-First and the driver from Tot Transport for taking good care of me and my two vehicles. With all of the horror stories out there, I will definitely be calling Don at U-First again for my next move, whenever that may be.

"I used UFirst Auto Transport to ship my 2012 Honda Accord. I shipped it from Maryland to California. I spoke with Don and I was very pleased with the outstanding service he provided me and my husband. He was always there to answer any questions I had in a timely matter. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. The driver was also very professional and was available whenever I called or needed more information. Thank you for outstanding service."

"This is the second time that I have used UFirst Auto Transport, within the past few months and both times I have been very pleased with their service. I talked to Don and he was very prompt at getting me a fair price; he called back when he said he would; he got the cars picked up, in both cases, within a couple of days of our agreement and they were delivered on time, again within couple of days of the pickup. I had no problems when the driver delivered the car with the cost. I was exactly what I was quoted, NOT like some other companies that I have used who up the price on delivery. I would HIGHLY recommend UFirst Auto Transport and I will be using them again."

"After several quotes. I called back Don. It was his honesty and he was very understanding of all my questions. My Dad's Lincoln arrived promptly , without a scratch. It was overwhelming to see it being off loaded.

The idea in trusting a total stranger with your automobile was put at ease after speaking to Don.

The $375.00 was well spent.

"WOW! Based upon the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Don Tackett at UFirst Auto Transport. Don quickly responded to my e-mail and remained in touch with me. His quote was reasonable and everything he said was accurate. The driver/carrier worked with my friend in Virginia that was storing the car for me. He was right on time with both pick up and delivery. Additionally, he called several times during the trip to inform me of his status. He delivered the car on-time and without any damage. Both Don and the driver were professional, courteous, and OUTSTANDING to work with. I highly recommend this company. I am pleased to say that there is nothing negative I can say about this transaction. My car was handled professionally and I was kept informed of everything from either Don or the driver at all times.

I have a great deal of respect for these individuals. This is a tough business, yet they managed to quote me a price that was fair to us both and lived up to the promises they made. Their attitudes really made a positive impression on me. They truly know how to work with customers and know how to take care of the property they transport. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding service I received. Would I use their services again? ABSOLUTELY!!!"
